WILL WRITING - you may be tempted to write your will using a basic kit, but there are pitfalls of this system, and we would always recommend seeking professional advice to be sure of your will's validity.

SETTING UP FAMILY PROTECTION TRUSTS - a will may not always proved sufficient to protect your family's interests, especially if there are complicated circumstances (marriage breakdowns for example), that's where a Family Protection Trust can be helpful.
